    Just very noisy location 5am wake up as the delivery / refuse lorries start. Was never able to park close to drop off stuff, so long walks up hill to the long stay car park.

    Hi Timothy Many thanks for your feedback and am glad you found Rooby's Retreat comfortable and well equipped.I am sorry for the early wake up call. The weekly refuse collections in the town start from 6.30am onwards ahead of the town centre becoming busy with pedestrians and traffic but provide a vital service in keeping our delightful seaside town clean and tidy for everyone’s enjoyment. We recommend using the pay and display car park across the road behind Tesco's for drop off. Property Owner

    Hi Clare, glad you enjoyed your stay at Rooby’s Retreat. Yes there is a timed light switch just inside the street door for lighting the passage and another one at the entrance to the first floor. The property

Rooby's Retreat is a delightful, second-floor apartment resting in the seaside town of Lyme Regis in Dorset.

Adorned throughout with a coastal theme and just paces away from a stretch of golden sand, this two-bedroom home is ideal for families and friends.

Unload your luggage outside and venture upstairs to the second floor to make yourself at home.

The open-plan living space is light and airy with sash windows; unwind on the sofa in front of the Smart TV or escape into a good book.

Step over to the contemporary kitchen area, which offers everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals to enjoy at the dining table.

As the evening draws to an end, retreat to the bathroom with the option for a bubble bath or a rinse under the shower.

There are two lovely bedrooms to choose from, the king-size offers views over the front and the twin bedroom enjoys skylight windows and a selection of toys.

Head outside on foot and explore the local attractions, there is the Lyme Regis Museum to learn about the town's rich past or see the ammonite pavement at the Lyme Regis Fossil Beach before visiting Lyme Regis Marine Aquarium to see fascinating marine life.
